Lightweight is a four metre high inflated sphere, lit with intense translucent colours that cause the structure to glow and pulse. The system is intended for use at festivals and is capable of delivering 360 video, spatialised sound, and interactive modes of audience engagement through motion detection and mobile interaction with online social networks.
The work is produced by Impossible Theatre, with hardware and electronics by Spencer Roberts.
